Job Description
- Review bar/pert charts submitted by contractors in consultation and establish the required schedule so as to complete the entire work within the stipulated time frame and review it from time to time.
- Supervision which includes checking measurement, quality assurance accordance of work with approved specification, etc. And ensure quality workmanship/material in project execution.
- To monitor and manage the project schedule. Execute sites as per layouts and plans provided.
- To study all the drawings given by the Design team and to revert immediately for any site discrepancies.
- To ensure adherence of quality and specification as per tender by the contractor and to inform the Principal.
- Prepare & submit detailed completion project report ,all structural details including UG services, concealed plumbing ,wiring, ducting, utilities , electrical network etc.
- You will be required to travel to client’s site / offices for work co-ordination as per instructions & need basis.
