Roles and Responsibilities

SENIOR TEAM LEAD – EXPANSION & FACILITY MAINTENANCE
Level – L3
Reporting to – Senior Manager – expansion & facility management
Hiring Manager – Naresh Luwang / Rittantra Singh
No. of positions – 4
Base location – Hyderabad, Villupuram or Madurai, Kolkata & Varanasi
Candidate shall be responsible for scouting & identifying properties for large warehouses,
fulfilment centres, replenishment centres, standalone warehouses & smaller delivery
centres in the given geography
Candidate shall vet full information of the property in terms of documentation & ascertain
that the property is good to be occupied
Candidate shall get the first hand information of rental commercials & other expected terms
of the contract & set the expectations with the landlord accordingly.
Candidate shall work with the landlord / agent to arrange site visits & meetings of senior
officials from ElasticRun.
Candidate shall collect all relevant property documents & do the first hand vetting of the
property documents.
Candidate shall be responsible for identifying local vendors for asset procurement.
Candidate shall be responsible for asset installation at site.
Candidate shall supervise all site specific activities such as electricals, internet, water &
sanitary activities.
Candidate shall identify vendors for different support / auxiliary works such as security,
housekeeping, drinking water, beverages, printing & stationery & others.
Candidate shall carry out asset tagging & codification activities for the assets received at site.
Candidate shall coordinate for monthly invoicing & billing verification activities with multiple
agencies such as security, housekeeping, drinking water supplier, beverage supplier, printing
& stationery supplier
Candidate shall keep track of trash & recyclable waste generated in the warehouse &
identify vendors who can buy such items.
Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in working in warehouse preferably in infrastructure set up &
managing administration activities.
Candidate should have vendor development & management experience particularly in asset
& general merchandize supplies
Candidate Should have good understanding of property rental rates across different
geographies
Candidate should be a self-starter & should be willing to travel extensively to get different
site locations, station himself / herself for fairly longer periods of time.
