Job Description

We are looking to hire a Social Media Marketing - Manager / Executive to be a part of our in-house team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining our company's social media platforms, monitoring user engagement, supervising social media campaigns, handling online promotions, and analysing feedback on a daily basis. In addition to this, the candidate should be able to meet deadlines, have a strategic mindset, and always think out of the box. The candidate should possess extraordinary communication and presentation skills and the ability to pay close attention to details.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing engaging social media strategies
• Managing social media platforms of the organisation
• Engaging followers with regular company updates
• Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention
• Responding to the comments on social media on time
• Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising
• Monitoring social media metrics and ROI
• Analysing social media trends
• Preparing social media engagement and activity reports
• Optimising social media content effectively
• Coordinating with in-house team
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals
• Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• The ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs
• Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy & mobile marketing.
• Sound knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, etc.
• Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required
• Sound knowledge and experience in paid Social Media Advertising, Google Adwords, Banner Advertising & Content Marketing
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise them
• In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding brand awareness experience
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS & Website management will be preferred
