Fairly competent with a decent grasp of documentation fundamentals
in a decidedly technical environment. The ideal candidate would have about
1-2 years experience in ERP software documentation. Knowledge to use the
documentation tools like Photoshop, Captivate etc. will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

1. Creation and maintenance of reference manuals (user/technical/EIC) of
various products and various versions

2. Ensure that the manuals are clear enough to help the beginners and detailed
enough to be useful for advanced users. Communicate to users through web site.

3. Ensure that the latest versions of the reference manuals are released to all
the relevant clients

4. Ensure the documentation tools are effectively used for the creation of
manuals

5. Maintaining backup of all documents

6. Web site maintenance/update.

7. Auto Demo creation for software products

8. Creation and Maintenance of Demo setup of products for use in Demo CD

9. Creation of Demo CD as and when required

10. Perform other tasks as assigned by superior
