Job Description
- Oracle Recruitment experience (Taleo & ORC) of 4 to 7 years with relevant ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) experience of 2 to 3 years in implementation support roll out.
- At least 1 end to end implementationsroll out experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud(ORC) is a must.
- Hands-on experience in Requirement gathering, documentation
- Well versed in Fast Formulae and the implementation setups of ORC and Core HR modules.
- Understand the complete Hire to Retire cycle.
- Some Taleo knowledge is preferred.
- Exposure to Conflict resolution, problem solving skill and good interpersonal skills.
