Job Description
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve failures; provide clarity with in-depth data research; implement fixes.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with system administration experience using Cognos, Tableau, Tableau Reports and Dashboard design and development
• Collaborate with teams across IT to resolve complex issues and provide optimal solutions
• Increase proficiency and scope of involvement on all activities through guided and self-initiated learning
• Provide technical leadership, consulting, best practices, and mentoring to other teammates
• Develop and update documentation, technical procedures and knowledge articles
• Clear communication skills both verbal and written, and Ability to integrate within a diverse team of varying skillsets and personalities
• Requires after-hour, weekend, and on-call support.
