- Bachelor/Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline
- Strong Hands-on in Python, C++, or JAVA
- Hands-on End-to-end implementation experience with common ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensorflow
- Understanding the trade-offs between machine learning models on NLP tasks
- Experience working with large unstructured text datasets
- Fundamental understanding of the foundation and hands-on implementation experience in NLP techniques (LSTMs, NER, Word Embeddings, etc)
- Strong hands-on experience in Information Retrieval, Information Extraction, and NER concepts
- At least 2 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in open-source ChatBot frameworks like RASA Stack
- Knowledge of Transformer Models like BERT-base. Elmo, ULM-FIT Experience in CI/CD pipeline, MLOps processes Hands-on deployment experience using cloud applications like AWS, GCP
- Modifying and optimizing our current NLP architecture
- Tune models to the constant inflow of conversational data
- Prototyping and deploying new models.
- Data structuring and cleaning
- Celebrating when customers tell that they are loving your work
