Job Description

The successful candidate will assist in facilitating data requirements, design, harmonization, master data management, and data catalog efforts for CCG on our data platform. He/she will be responsible for ensuring data related documentation, policies, procedures, and processes are in place to address complex business needs.
Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with key stakeholders and provide front line support for business requests from various divisions/groups
• Be a liaison to business or business IT group, on periodic update on demand status, estimates, and strategy direction
• Build Architecture Design to develop low-code applications on the enterprise cloud environment
• Design Data Models and build Analytics Solutions for business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Compliance
• Develop documentation and training materials, participate with customer groups in the planning for longer-term systems enhancements.
• Document high-level business requirements and initiate project kick-off documentation

• 8+ years experiences in software development, advanced analytics, process automation, and emerging technologies
• Experience with requirement gathering and ability to propose and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of data platform tools like AWS Data Lake, AWS Athena, Informatica, DataBricks, Goldengate, Cognos, PowerBi
• Hands-on, working experience low code application development and/or automations is a plus
• Experience in providing guidance on and facilitation of user acceptance testing (UAT) - including test script generation
• Domain knowledge of operations areas such as procurement, manufacturing, planning, supply chain, logistics and quality
• Hands-on experience on the execution of Agile/SCRUM processes and repeatable, predictable, and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to provide strategic direction to both technical and business organizations
• Solid technical background: skills with BI reporting tools (Power BI, Cognos, etc.), data transformation via SQL, Excel VBA
• Supportive and service mindset, collaborative working style and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with dealing varied data source/inputs, and detail oriented
