Job Description
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Install and maintain the performance of database servers.
- Prepare an agenda according to client specifications and best practices for predictive interview results
- Review the candidate’s resume in advance of the technical discussion to validate the accomplishments claimed
- Follow independent contractor’s guidelines pertaining to avoiding legal landmines and maintaining candidate morale during interactive video technical interviews.
- Assess the candidate’s technical competencies and depth of experience through structured questions and quantify using standardized rubrics
- Write reports for clients that detail the technical strengths and weaknesses of the candidates.
- Monitor system's health and performance.
- Ensure high levels of performance, high availability options like SQL Always on, Database mirroring, etc,
- Analyse, solve, and correct issues in real-time.
Ideal Profile
Skills Required
- Excellent experience in database backup, recovery, security, integrity and T-SQL.
- Good to have Knowledge\experience in Redgate tool.
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes.
- Experience in query tuning and schema refinement.
- Experience in power shell scripts.
