Job Description

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Install and maintain the performance of database servers.
Prepare an agenda according to client specifications and best practices for predictive interview results
Review the candidate’s resume in advance of the technical discussion to validate the accomplishments claimed
Follow independent contractor’s guidelines pertaining to avoiding legal landmines and maintaining candidate morale during interactive video technical interviews.
Assess the candidate’s technical competencies and depth of experience through structured questions and quantify using standardized rubrics
Write reports for clients that detail the technical strengths and weaknesses of the candidates.
Monitor system's health and performance.
Ensure high levels of performance, high availability options like SQL Always on, Database mirroring, etc,
Analyse, solve, and correct issues in real-time.

Ideal Profile

Skills Required

Excellent experience in database backup, recovery, security, integrity and T-SQL.
Good to have Knowledge\experience in Redgate tool.
Configure and maintain database servers and processes.
Experience in query tuning and schema refinement.
Experience in power shell scripts.
