Requirement for a Techno Commercial Manager for our organisation (Industry : Real Estate)
he has to coordinate with the site personnel & also the higher management.
The incumbent must be:
A. having an experience of about 5 years in the real estate industry in the field of purchases & inventory management.
B. A graduate in commerce.
C. Having a thorough knowledge about the entire gamut of purchase management, inventory management & logistics.
Job Design & Attributes:
1.Thorough knowledge about all types of the materials essential in the real estate sector.
2. Ability to negotiate with the vendors on behalf of the company & obtain justified rates from the vendors.
3. Ability to finalize the purchases of the various materials from the vendors/market.
4. A thorough knowledge about the markets –dealing in real estate materials .
5. Ability to procure quotations of the various materials, used in real estate, from authentic vendors/suppliers.
6. Have the skills & knowledge to issue Purchase Orders & Work Orders to ensure seamless site operations.
7. Have the relevant managerial acumen to ensure an uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to the construction site.
8. Conversant in the accounting functions related to purchase & inventory management.
9. The person should have the necessary analytical skills to present M.I.S. reports to the management related to all matters of procurement & consumption.
