Job Description
- Curriculum - designing and effectively implementing the DP pedagogy - integrating all stake holders
- Communication - IB, Parents, Management and school community
- Mentoring and training the team on a regular basis.
- School development activities - be an active member in implementing ideas to help school grow
- Procuring resources to support implementation of programme
- Teach 10-12 hours
The DPC Should
- experienced ( 4-10 years) in implementing the DP programme
- an IBEN preferred
- have good communication skills
- be empathic and open minded
- be skilled in educational leadership and able to inspire others
- be Inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills
- approachable and calm with an international mindset
- be innovative, flexible and technologically adapt
