About The Program

WE program is an immersive 24-month development journey that has been designed to catalyze the careers of talented women in the space of Engineering, across the domains of Supply Chain Management.

On completion of the 24 months, trainees will be placed in longer-term roles basis the organizational requirement, their aptitude, and preferences.

An experienced graduate in Engineering with a specialization in Chemical / Mechanical / Electronics / Polymer
