Job Description : Teacher - Next Academic year ( 2022 to 2023 )

• New age teaching instructor who is passionate about innovating and redoing the traditional teaching & learning techniques
• Conduct offline or online classes as per the policy of school
• Customise high quality lesson plans, assign and grade homework, create and lead classroom activities.
• Integrate digital resources in the lesson plan to deliver very high quality of instruction
• Design, develop, and deliver quality lesson plans and curricula that adhere to CBSE & NCERT guidelines.
• Plan remedial & design quality assessments to students.
• Construct constructive & data based feedback to students, parents, and other peers.
• Conducting classroom, lab, and field trips, frame rules and regulations and ensure that all students understand what is expected of them.
• Providing remedial classes to student or group of students.
• Providing extra resources, support, and interventions for students who are struggling.
• Grading papers, updating records, and handling various administrative tasks.
• Creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns.
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of all new teachers and providing support to student teachers.
• Participating in other school activities and regularly communicating with parents.

Education and Skills

• Proven track record of delivering high quality instruction
• Exceptional communication skills
• Exposure to international standards of teaching and instruction
• Post Graduate in the respective subject with a B.Ed is desirable with minimum 2 years of CBSE experience .
• Should have Board class experience and minimum 30 students in a class room
