Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
Must have a good understanding of Recruiting IT Professionals for US Companies.
Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.
Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc, to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at the best deals.
For US IT Recruiters
Should have 2-6 years of experience in US Recruitment
Good exposure working on IT requirements and understanding of technologies is a must
Exposure to people with direct client or W2 requirements.
Hands-on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies
Short listing candidates through database, Job Portals and other sources
Good Knowledge in Handling Client Requirements / Vendors getting H1B, Green Card and US Citizens on board.
OPT Recruiter
Experience in OPT Hiring.
Proven OPT/CPT/H1 Hiring & H1B transfer experience in a corporate environment.
Should have some understanding about the hot IT skills in the market.
Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from universities, Network, Social Networking sites and other sources.
Maintaining active database of OPT candidates.
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
experience working with OPT/CPT, EAD resources&Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
