Job Description:

• Manage a team 8-10 of Customer Relationship Officers (Telecallers) and achieve sales targets assigned to the team.

• Motivate, train & lead the team towards successful outcomes

• Increase lead conversions from all team members

• Managing & monitoring client portfolios and advising them on a regular basis

• Maintaining overall spread of business in order to deliver highest lead to disbursal conversion

• Ensure no losses or error occurred while assisting customer

• Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes

• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.

• Adheres to and supports company policies and no practices.

Skills Required:

• 3-7 years of experience in sales of personal loans preferably for online customers

• High-energy, positive attitude & passion for Sales

• Excellent communication skills

• Good in quantitative aptitude

• Candidate from Personal Loan product will be given more preference

• Should have handled a team of at least 8-10 people

• Must be a graduate (BA/Bcom/B.Sc/BBA/MBA)

(Candidates who are having an experience from Paisabazar, Indialends, Wishfin, GC web ventures ltd, Myloancare or Bank will give priority)
