About the role
Accountable for Managing the Home Loans Complex Assessment Team. This role will be responsible for SLA, ATOM and State of Health management for Home Loans Assessment Complex Assessment Team. Will be reporting to Operations Manager, Home Loans Assessment Bengaluru and will have ~ 20 employees (Credit assessment/ Verification officers) as direct reports.
Your key priorities and responsibilities include:
Monitor Output Per Paid Hour metric and ensure the required targets are met on a monthly basis for Mortgage Assessment vertical
Identify and recommend change initiatives across Mortgage Assessment to decrease cost per transaction
Ensure quality (process and decision quality), in line with service levels to maximize satisfaction of the stakeholders
Ensure ATOM targets of the vertical are met on a monthly basis.
Align process delivery objectives with strategy for Assessment and Australia Operations
Ensure the process is audit and risk compliant
Ensure optimal resource loading and capacity planning to realize optimal service level delivery against minimal cost for Mortgage Assessment vertical
People management and development plans for the team
Continuous improvement of processes and monitoring of operational cost reductions
What will you bring?

Home loans assessment experience and end to end knowledge in home loans
Prior experience in people management (Atleast 2 years)
Lending Principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness working in early morning shifts (starting 4.00 am and 5.00 am)
