Job Description

Manages a delivery group. Leads the delivery implementation engineers (IE) teams on application configuration and implementation according to content, schedule, and quality specifications. Implements Sapiens development methodologies and enforces compliance in high quality.
Resource management with responsibility over recruitment, group training and resource allocation to projects
Implementation of Sapiens methodology in the IE/Consultant group
Managing IE teams of multiple projects and customers demands simultaneously
Ability to meet strict timelines and motivate the team to meet the project deadlines
Responsible for scheduling, resource planning & time tracking
Reporting implementation progress, meeting targets, quality products.

Requirements
-Relevant degree
-Proven managerial abilities - minimum of 5 years professional experience in an application implementation team, of which at least 3 years specific experience in managing consultant group
-Deep knowledge in application implementation
-Experience with management of development life cycle and development methodologies
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Experience with overseas customers
-Experience in customer facing position- Advantage
-Experienced with working in a Matrix management environment
-PMP Certification Advantage
-Fluent English, excellent communication skills
-Understanding of insurance business preferred
