Job Description
Min 10+ years of experience in Web application development with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST web services.
Should have independent technical decision-making skills
Experience in developing Web Services & microservices with Spring boot
Core & Advanced Java (Threading, Design Patterns, Data Structures)
Good understanding of OOAD, design patterns and software architecture
Strong with database concepts
Exposure to Cloud based apps like Azure
Familiar with collaboration tools GitHub, DevOps/JIRA
Experience working in an agile development environment and tools is required
Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
Ability to work well in an international environment
Good communication skills and able to self-organize
Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Experience in leading technical team and ownership of responsibilities
- Responsible for various aspects of ongoing web application development , support and maintenance
- Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team- Bring deep experience and strategic insight spanning from Design, Development and deployment of applications and platform tools
- Develop APIs (JSON / XML ) for frontend interfaces to consume.- Develop unit tests for the developed application components.
- Algorithms, Design Patterns, SOLID principles- Closely work with product Owner to understand requirements
- Actively participate in daily scrum, sprint planning and grooming sessions- Develop and design server-side components
- Perform Code Reviews- Troubleshooting of application issues - Mentor and guide other team members
