Vendor/user co-ordinations, certifications, Patch testing & implementation.
Responsible for making the system up 24x7, documenting and tracking all incidents to identify
the root cause and take preventive measures.
Support & Manage UAT.
Audit and controls - Review all organization process and procedures continuously and keep the
systems and process compliant to those.
