Job Description

Candidates should

Design and deployment mainly in Cloud NFVi area (Open stack and VMware),

Scope, define and design solution offerings, driving end-to-end technical solutions,

Analyze and define customer business requirements,

Experiences in 5G solution offerings,

1/2 years of experience delivering Telco / IT deployment projects,

A track record of training and coaching teams and individuals at various levels,

Track record of resolving impediments that exist outside of the team environment,

Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture group, Program Managers, Product Owners, etc. to on-board/off-board Enterprise Architects into a team for the first few sprints,

Effective Communication,

Be comfortable presenting the technical strategy to internal management as well as external customer.

Desired Skills -

Education: BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech or equivalent engineering degree
4-5 years of overall experience and 2-3 years in telecommunications industry
Demonstrates deep competence in area of expertise
Shares expertise and knowledge with others
Adapts interpersonal style to suit different people or situations
Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way
Takes responsibility for actions, projects and people.
Fluent in English language (speak and write)
Good stake holder management skills
Should be familiar with Azure/AWS Hybrid Infra management - compute, storage, networking, Container, Automation, security/access management.
