Job Description

• Must have 2+ yrs experience in technical training/ mentoring on Software testing
• Must have hands-on and training experience on Selenium IDE, Selenium web driver and testing tools like ALM/ JIRA, TestNG, Maven etc
• Should be able to train participants on Pseudo Code test
• Basic knowledge of Cloud technology and testing methodologies
• Self-Motivated and passionate about technology
• Excellent analytical and logical skills and team player
• Must have exceptional Communication Skills/ Presentation Skills
• Good Aptitude skills is preferred

Purpose of the Role:

To develop high quality, interactive and fact-filled content as per business requirement and market study.

Key Deliverables
Developing interactive content using different authoring tools
Developing eLearning content

Job responsibility
• Content creation with hands-on exercises/ assessments & lab setup for a course on a particular skill
• Train the trainers on the courses created and onboard them
• Ready to cross-skill or upskill on new technologies
• Ability to resolve all technical queries
• Must be able to work independently without the supervision of a senior person
• Conduct training sessions if need be
• Participate in reviews/ meetings
• Participant in connect with recruiters/ clients and talk technology

• Maintaining a 100% Adherence to SOPs and the deliverables deadline
• Supporting and coordinating with every function in the L&D to complete the task as a whole L&D team.
