*To analyze the functional and technical specifications of the products/software and prepare high-quality and user-friendly documentation for end users.

Required Expertise

• 2 to 9 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Software Documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Documentation tools like MS Office, Robohelp, Acrobat, SnagIt, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated experience working with application and infrastructure architecture diagrams development, which aligns with industry open standards.
• Sound knowledge and experience in Content architecture and cataloging.

Key Responsibilities

• Learning/understanding the documentation tools and process.
• Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.
• Coordinating with subject matter experts in understanding product and functionality to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards.
• Research, design, illustrate, revise, edit, and write high-quality documentation.
• Re-writing existing documents with proper standards.
• Preparing easy-to-understand Online Help, User Manual, and other User Documentation.
• Assisting in preparing templates, preparing/formatting Word documents, power point presentations in accordance with prescribed organization standards.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
• Prepare articles, and blogs, to promote software applications.
