Job Description
The person will be responsible for achieving assigned targets through on call and direct interaction with prospective buyers of home loans/Business loans/Balance transfer/Loan against property to convert them into buyers.Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Calling & initiating the conversation with the prospect and sharing all the required information about Loan offerings.
• Clarifying prospects all queries and scheduling home/ office visit of Sales executive for document collection.
• Collect financial information (e.g. debts, basic KYC)
• Evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining home loans/ Business loans/Balance transfer/Loan against property
• Daily MIS to be maintained for follow up references. Also Maintaining records of weekly and monthly MIS/status reports to provide timely updates to the Head of Operations.
• Ensuring strong follow-up with the prospect till the final stage and handling over the lead to the sales team member for closing the sale
• Maintaining strong rapport with past and present customers to enhance reference pool.
