Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Data Management using our CRM database. It involves monitoring contacts records, updates and creations daily and running Data Quality Projects using searches on external databases and Internet sources
- Managing requests in time and delivering outputs as per the quality standards of CRM
- Involvement in promoting the use of CRM globally by supporting regional teams accordingly
- Work on shared projects by collaborating with the other team members
- Contribution to value- added projects involving creations of reports and presentations
- Proactively participate in internal trainings and global calls
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail while handling data
- Research Abilities on Internet and external databases sources
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to liaise and build relationships with colleagues globally
- Problem Solving Skills and handle projects with ambiguity
- Fluent spoken English with clear and concise writing skills
- Time Management Skills while handling multiple projects at once
- MS PowerPoint and Excel Skills for data processing and presentation
