Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the telesales team and assisting the team on scripts and calls as needed
Daily/weekly tracking and reporting of telesales team performance
Work with digital marketing team to track and improve lead quality and led qualification numbers
Work closely with the sales team and work on providing better leads qualification & improve lead conversion
Assisting in developing and improving sales scripts & implementing the Sam
Training Tele sales Representatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
Atleast 5 years of work experience as a Telesales Manager or a similar role in the Sales department
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational & analytical skills.
Proficient with MS office, especially MS Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills.
