Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Work Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Job Description:

1. Project Costing and Budgeting: Proficiency in estimating costs and managing budgets specifically for interior design and construction projects. 2. Attention to Detail: Precision in managing and reviewing cost data to ensure accuracy. 3. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of materials, labor costs, and other factors specific to interior design and construction. 4. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate costs with suppliers and contractors to stay within budget. 5. Software Proficiency: Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit) and accounting tools (e.g., Sage, Procore).

Education 1. Bachelor’s Degree: Typically, in Interior Design, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field. 2. Certifications (Optional but Beneficial): Certified Cost Professional (CCP) Project Management Professional (PMP) 3. Relevant Coursework: Interior Design Principles, Construction Cost Estimating, Project Management, Financial Accounting. Additional Experience Professional Experience: Previous experience in a costing role within the interior design or construction industry is essential. Portfolio: Examples of past projects with detailed cost management and budgeting responsibilities can be beneficial.
