Fixed Salary + Conveyance allowance + Business Income+ Foreign Travel
Job Requirements
1. To source Liability Business from Corporate, take direct responsibility of business development for key accounts
2. Responsible for developing business and maintaining Relationship with Non - M&M Corporate with a clear focus on top-line and bottom-line profitability of Vertical.
3. Providing advice based on technical and product to various stakeholders.
4. Build long term relationship and rapport with Corporate and Insurance Companies.
5. Work with locations and support cross sell activities for entering liability portfolio for non Liability clients
6. Present a single face of organization and generate opportunities for overall portfolio penetration
7. Develop new and innovative products/concepts for the vertical.
8. Develop case studies and communication for knowledge dissemination within and for clients.
9. Appraising the management on various developments in Industry and on competition.
10. Uses developments in the business/ industry/ domain to develop long-term business or functional goals, aligned to the larger organizational strategy
11. Exercising due care and diligence at the time of selection of Product Portfolio.
12. To strictly adhere to IRDA (Broker Regulations)(Amendments) 2007 including the Code of Conduct issued by IRDA for Brokers for carrying out Broking and associated compliance
