Job Description

Responsibilities:
1.Configuring and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop and Managing backup and recovery.
2.Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
3.Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
4.Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
5.Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
6.Troubleshooting email issues.
7.Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
8.Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
9.Completing daily / weekly / monthly job/work reports
10.Coordinating with OEM partners for any hardware-related issues.
11.Coordinating with the procurement team to order any supplies
