Job Description

We are looking for an experienced trainer who has experience in F&B, QSR or Hospitality industry,The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations to understand business problems and deploy effective learning solutions to the problem identified
• Visit restaurants periodically and conduct training and assessments as required
• Reports on all training metrics to the regional ops and to L&D
• Understands new products being launched in the business and works closely with operations to train team members
• Responsible for new store opening training - product, service, induction
• Coach restaurant managers and area chefs on improvement areas in processes - BB, IGCC, Customer Feedback
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
• Schedule appropriate training sessions.
• Oversee and direct workshops and individual training sessions.
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Prepare training material such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
• Train and guide new employees.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in hospitality industry.
• candidate should be a people person, team player, enthusiastic to learn and passionate to teach and a self starter.
• Must be ready to travel extensively

Languages: Tamil, English and Hindi Education: Diploma/Graduate in Hospitality Management Industry: QSR, Hospitality Industry Skill Set:

• Product Knowledge (Food and Beverage - fundamentals of service and food production).
• High service orientation and loves meeting and working with people.
• Has a flair to train and influence people to the right behavior.
• Candidate should have expertise in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power point presentation)
