If someone is from Commerce background, having good pedigree from Corporate or Faculty of repute but not a CA, - 5-10 yrs. of experience.
They must be experts in their respective domains, preferably Post Graduates/Engg/Ph.D
They must be proficient in Competitive Exams preparation. Those who are on TaaS model can be a bright student in that particular subject. UG/PG level (amongst topper of Industry)
