DESIGNATION Transition Competency Center # Transition Director ROLE DESCRIPTION Solutioning and executing the Transition (Migration and stabilization) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Solutioning and designing of transition solutions 2. Executing transi tions across IG#s and SL#s. Exposure to global or remote transitions is a plus 3. Review & stabilize key KPIs & metrics for program 4. Lead the incorporation tools (Automation, Engineering) to deliver integration benefits 5. Lead the change manageme nt activity with both internal & client stakeholders 6. Promote new ways to working (Demand Mgmt, Rist Mgmt, Program Mgmt., Planning and Governance) in an integrated services scenario 7. Built business-friendly dashboard, drill-down reports to help b usiness see effectiveness of Integrated services SKILLS 1. Transition Management expertise 2. Exposure to handling projects with multiple service lines 3. Experience of transition of DevOps and Agile run programs 4. Strong Client team exposure and experience of working with client teams and managing onshore offshore partnership EXPERIENCE 15 # 18 Years WORK LOCATION Anywhere in India. Preferably Chennai ABOUT the Vertical Service Line Enabling Function Transition Competency Center .
