Job Description

Process-Specific Responsibilities
1. The Treasury Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for performing the following tasks:
Monitor bank account balances (cash pool, currencies, overdrafts, etc.)
Initiate intercompany bank transfers based on direction
Initiate principal, interest, bank fees, and swap payments based on direction
Complete insurance applications and update annual insured values
Consolidating forecasting cash flows, short-term and long-term
Reconcile debt balances to the GL
Input monthly FX rates in ERPs
Prepare cash pooling entries and reconciliations
Record mark-to-market entries for swap payments

2. Supporting the treasury perspective for strategic and global business initiatives.
3. Providing support for audits and/or special projects on an as needed basis.

Education and/or Experience
B.COM or any other Graduate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience;
5+ years of treasury and cash management Corporate, Shared Services, or Delivery Operations experience is highly preferred
Enterprise software experience required, SAP or Oracle experience required
Management of diverse data population good organizational skills
Ability to interact with various levels of employees, customers and vendors
Strong analytical skills
Good communication skills
Good time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
