Job Description

Responsibilities
We are looking for an user-experience designer who is responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.
   1.Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
   2.Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
   3.Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
   4.Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
   5.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
   6.Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Requirment
   1.Must have a portfolio demonstrate UI design skills
   2.Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in UX/Interaction Designer.
   3.Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer is also prefered.
   4.Resourcefulness and hustle under pressure; must be able to work smart through adversity and deadlines.
   5.Strong communication skills – ability to effectively articulate design decisions & concepts.
   6.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools is nice to have but not mandatory.
   7.Visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
   8.Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
   9.BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related.
   10.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
   11.Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
   12.A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
