Job Description
● Quickly and iteratively create user personas, user flows/journey maps, wire-frames, prototypes, high fidelity mock-ups and detailed UI and visual designs
● Present the above specifications to Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.
● Create and maintain design guidelines to create simple, consistent experiences across products and features.
● Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.
● Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications.
● Analyze metrics post-launch to inform Design/UX optimization efforts.
