The Role Responsibilities
- 6 to 8 Years of experience working as a Postgres/Oracle DBA (versions 10g, 11g, & 12c)
- Experience in building, maintenance and performance tuning, Database upgrade, Database patching and optimizing in VM/Cloud infrastructure.
- 5+ Years experience in Performance Tuning.
- 5+ Years experience of complex backup/recovery setups for large databases (20+)
- Knowledge in oracle database upgrades and CPU patches, Superb verbal and written skills with excellent attention to customer service.
- Experience in Disaster recovery practices and procedures.
- Background in cloud (DaaS) or consolidated environments desired. Demonstrate ability to overcome operational challenges.
