Designation/Role: VMC setter/programmer
Qualification: Minimum diploma
Gender: Male
Experience: 5 years
Work Timing: 8 AM to 4.30 PM - (shift starts at 8 am for every 8 hours shift changes)
Salary (CTC): 28000 - 30000/-
Must-have skills: Computer knowledge, Measuring instruments handling
Working days: 6 Days
Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a VMC Setter / Programmer with 5 years of experience to set up and
program VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines for efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and program VMC machines for machining parts according to specifications.
Review and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings to determine
machine setup and production requirements.
Operate VMC machines to produce parts with high precision.
Inspect completed workpieces for quality, accuracy, and conformance to
specifications using measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with VMC machines during the production process.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of VMC machines to ensure optimal
performance.
Maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.
Work closely with the production team to optimize the machining process and improve
efficiency.
