Job Description

Operations management

• • • • Responsible for all warehouse functions end to end.
      • Monthly collection of ACCs from RDs/customer w/o any conditions.
      • Monthly reconciliation of PODs.
      • Need to ensure PnL of the DC in line budgeted projections.
      • Need to handle team independently w/o issues at site with teamwork.
      • Responsible for Stock Accuracy, conducting monthly/annual audits.
      • Timely redressal of customer queries.
      • Planning appropriate resources to take care of volume fluctuations.
      • Analysis of stock variance items, taking appropriate actions in correcting same.
      • Operations auditing across all the depts to ensure inventory accuracy.
      • Not to compromise on safety of employees and premises.
      • Timely escalations to Management on non-compliances.
      • Taking care of GIT (Goods In Transit) for timely GRN at stores and RDs.
      • Timely accounting of return stock.
      • Analysis of Stores and RDs complaints and solving within the defined timelines.
      • Stock transfers from location to location. DC to DC based on need.
      • Zone/locs finalization along with customer.

Regional P & L management

• • • • Ensure zero debits from customer.
      • Avoid Ops loss on a/c stock mismatches.
      • Ensure P & L in line with budget.

Customer relationship Management

• • • • Support in customer based on timely need.
      • Resolving customer queries and sending reports timely.
      • Monitoring monthly warehouse KPIs and participating in MRMs to understand the Ops GAPs for appropriate actions.
      • Customer escalation handling, proactively take actions to reduce complaints.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Sound knowledge of all warehouse operations.
• Especially on Food products with FIFO/FEFO logics.
• Good team player
• Good soft skills.
• Flexibilities for timings and work shifts.
• Decision making ability and excellent analytical skills.
• Proactive approach and problem-solving skills like RCA.
• Facing audits of the warehouse like inventory, process, safety etc,.
• Compliance knowledge.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum 3-4 industries experience with at least 8 years in relevant industry.
2. Rich Exposure to DC Operations
3. Ability to work under advanced IT environment/Tech savvy.
4. Full awareness on WMS transactions.
5. Graduate / Postgraduate from reputed university preferably in Operations and supply chain management
