Job Description

We are looking for Scrum Master. Need candidates local to Chennai. This will be 100% work from office.
What you'll be doing
Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Help team to remove barrier for successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospective. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.
What we seek in you:

• 4+Years relevant in Agile Methodologies, Scrum
• Knowledge on TFS would be an added advantage.
• Software development lifecycle
• Good knowledge on JIRA.
• Good Business analytical skills
• Good Written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Self-Motivated.
• Good decision maker.
