basic functions

• 12 plus years of proven hands on experience in developing web applications using microsoft technologies such as sql server,net, python, angular/reactjs and basic linux skills such as using command line functions
• experience in big data tools like spark, hive experience building applications on aws using native services such as rds, emr, lambda or eks is good to have
• must have experience in devops, data modeling, data integration, reporting, etl
• experience in deployment, maintenance trouble-shooting applications
• conducting migration, where necessary, to bring tools and other elements into the cloud.
• the role will involve meeting with senior client executives at director, vp, cxo levels for data management, bi, advanced analytics, analytics-led digital with prospects/clients, understanding their pain-points, designing high-impact demonstrable solutions, and most importantly, following up hot leads to a winning closure
• tightly collaboration with exlhealth products clinical, pharmacy, payments and life science and solutions teams to develop embedded solutions
• consolidate learning from multiple projects to help develop new services and solution offerings in partnership with sme s, solution architects and product managers
• research emerging technology trends, reflect on market direction and create a direction for operations/service delivery to stay a step ahead of future demand trends

essential functions

• deep understanding of the us healthcare value chain and key impact drivers payer and/or provider
• strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to roll up your sleeves and work with a client to create timely solutions and resolutions
• collaborate/communicate with on-site project team and business users as required
• design, develop, deploy, test and maintain technical assets in a highly secure and integrated enterprise computing environment, design client-side and server-side architecture support functional testing and ui/ux testing
• cross train mentor team members for complete knowledge of technologies.
• produce scalable and flexible, high-quality code that satisfies both functional and non-functional requirements
• quick learner with ability to understand product s functionality end to end.

• review with the overall product manager avp for improvements in the product development lifecycle
• assessment meeting with vp above for additional product development features.
• train mentor the juniors in the team

primary external interactions

• work with the executive team cxo s to ensure client needs are addressed.
• communicate with onshore stakeholders on a need basis.
• help the product management group set the product roadmap help in identifying future sellable product features.
• client interactions to better understands expectations streamline solutions. if required should be a bridge between the client and the technology teams.

required skills - full stack technologist with knowledge on asp .net, multiple front-end languages and libraries e.g. html/ css, javascript, xml, jquery, c , python and javascript frameworks e.g. angular, react, node.js . must also have experience on general devops activities basic linux skills
skills nice to have

• experience on big data tools not limited to pyspark, hive, python
• container technologies like docker, kubernetes and so on
• microsoft azure/ aws certification would be great to have
• certifications on sdlc agile concepts is a good addition.

education requirements

• master s or bachelor s degree from top tier colleges with good grades, preferably in a relevant field including mathematics, statistics, computer science or equivalent experience
